My trusty HairCrafters stylist says that the best approach for healthy hair is to take care of both the inside and outside of the hair.
A good shampoo, conditioner, and hydrating mask can penetrate deep into the hair shaft, helping to restore moisture. Masks are especially helpful for dry, damaged hair . . . like mine was after a week lying on a beach during March break!
My trusty HairCrafters stylist instructed me to squeeze out all excess water after shampooing, and then work the mask throughout my hair, first with a wide-tooth comb and then with my fingers and let it soak in . . . and relax!
After the designated time, you rinse the mask from your hair. You hair will be silkier and easy to detangle, and will have a healthy and sexy bounce!!!

Summer Solstice . . . Summer Hair
Looking forward to summer . . . but not looking forward to summer hair tangles, dryness, and yucky changes in colour.
So I called my trusty HairCrafters stylist who told me to use repairing shampoos, conditioners, and styling products with built in protection. Ingredients such as heliogenol, derived from sunflowers, or Parsol SLX, a sun protectant made specifically for the hair.
By the way protecting hair doesn’t mean walking around with greasy hair! Products such as reparative conditioners can be washed out, with lightweight leave-in lotions help with heat styling.
