Buttery blondes, sexy shades of brown, fiery ombrés, fantasy colors from pastel to dark purple — there are so many hair color trends to choose from as we kick off the new year, you may be tempted to try a new one each month!

Not quite a true red, but not flaxen either, strawberry blonde is a spectrum. It’s naturally flattering to fair skin and light eyes, but as these celebrities prove, it looks gorgeous on just about anyone.  There are so many ways to go blonde! Depending on how willing you are to maintain your color, there’s a shade that’s perfect for you and your skin tone.

Burgundy is auburn’s cool cousin — a color that could conceivably grow out of your head naturally, but with a playfully edgy twist. From bright berry to intense oxblood, you truly have to try this shade at least once.

Vivienne Mackinder’s Party Royale will steal hearts this season — a faux bob that puts a modern spin on the sultry blonde waves immortalized by Marilyn Monroe.

Geode

November 6, 2017

The Trend: Geode
The Fix: Joico Color Intensity

Hot on the trails of unicorn hair (OK, we also call it siren or rainbow) instead of focusing on magic, the Geode hair colour trend takes its cues from the mineral world of rocks lined with crystals.Think dazzling amethyst, comforting rose-quartz, or the beautiful gradient blue hues of an agate. Geode displays beautifully hidden under solid shades of blonde, chestnut or brunette hair.

For the ultimate in glamorous holiday looks!

Grey is Hot

October 18, 2017

Grey turns to be the hottest hair color trend of 2018. Lots of A-listers stepped up with grey making it a trending shade again. If you are planning to take the plunge and rock this unique tone with a hint of white shade, trade gently with icy-cool and silver toners.

Grey Pixie

Rita Ora gives us a major hair envy by rocking an edgy grey hair color on her short pixie. She has paired grey pixie with red lips. However, the popped up dark roots balance the look. Indeed, it is not an easy shade to maintain, but you will see that it is worth a little upkeep.

Winter Colour Trends

October 13, 2017

There is a new trend  and it’s, cream soda hair colors for 2018. It is a new shade of blonde that works great for updating your outdated blonde strands.

Rose Melt – it’s a rosy ombre that starts from dark shade on the roots and gets lighter towards the bottom. Now, dear brunettes, you are convinced that pastels are for you too. But there is something to keep in your mind-you don’t need to touch your roots.

Rose Quartz: Hottest Hair Color of 2018 –  Here is a new unicorn-inspired hair color that is known with the name “rose quartz”. The color has been spotted on Alexandra Wang’s catwalks. This show-stopping dye job gave the models a fairy-like look. The name already speaks about this new trend. Rose is the definition of femininity and tenderness. Any shade or undertone of this color creates a breathtaking look. B

Rose and Dark Skin Tone – The advantage of rocking this shade is that it flatters an array of skin tones. It complements dark skin, while brightening up the complexion. Instagram blogger Nyane rocks the color in a unique way. Her long tresses are accessorized with this feminine shade.
